How to Choose an Anesthesia Machine
The gap between a gas machine and a full workstation is where most budgets get decided. Check these four points.

Integrated ventilator or not. A gas machine without a ventilator is cheaper but requires manual ventilation or a separate unit. For routine theatre lists an integrated ventilator with VCV, PCV and SIMV is the practical baseline.
Number of vaporizers. Two vaporizer positions let you switch agents without breaking down the circuit. Single-position machines limit your agent choice mid-list.
Gas supply. Confirm what the machine expects: piped O2 and N2O, cylinder supply, or both. Machines needing piped medical air will not run in a theatre that does not have it.
Battery backup. Ask for tested runtime. Electronic workstations lose their ventilator and monitoring in an outage; pneumatic machines are less affected.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the price of an anesthesia machine in Pakistan?
Indicative prices in our range run from ₨ 650,000 for a veterinary machine to ₨ 1,450,000 for a full anaesthesia workstation. Final price depends on vaporizers, ventilator configuration and current stock.

What is the difference between an anesthesia machine and an anesthesia workstation?
A machine delivers the gas mixture and agent. A workstation adds an integrated ventilator, monitoring and alarms in one unit, which is what most operating theatres now specify.

Do you supply veterinary anesthesia machines?
Yes. We stock dedicated veterinary units with touch screen and electronic flowmeter control, sized for small and large animal practice.

Are vaporizers included?
This varies by model and agent. Tell us which agent you use and we will confirm what the quoted configuration includes.

Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Installation and operator training are arranged with delivery.
